I have enabled Mobile Authorisation, but I am not receiving notifications from the app. What should I do?
If you do not receive notifications despite enabling Mobile Authorisation, check that:
- your authorisation device has internet access.
- you have the latest version of the Walutomat app. Update it if necessary.
- the display of notifications has not been blocked in the settings of your of your phone. They may have been blocked completely or only for the Walutomat. Check if you see a pending notification.
- you are using the correct device. If you have the app on severaldevices go to My Walutomat > Personal Data, go to the section Authorisation Methods for Operations and see which device is selected to validate operations.
If notifications do not arrive despite the above measures, please contact our Customer Service.
