What are QR codes?

It is a kind of alphanumeric, two-dimensional, square graphic code in which a large amount of data can be stored.

The Walutomat.pl service saves the necessary data to make a transfer in PLN. This allows users to save time – instead of typing in data for a transfer, it is enough to run the code reader and place a QR code from the Customer Panel within the range of the phone’s lens. After a few seconds, the form is completed with all the necessary data. The QR code is recorded in accordance with the standards of the Association of Polish Banks contained in the document “Recommendation of the Association of Polish Banks concerning the two-dimensional (“2D”) code for the execution of transfer orders and the activation of banking services on the Polish market”.
