SEPA, Elixir and intra-bank transfers on a larger scale involve fees, and for this reason we have decided to offer a pool of free transfers, beyond which subsequent withdrawals will incur a fee. In this way, users who use the Walutomat occasionally (5 transfers) or who make regular exchanges will not incur fees.
