Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. Walutomat issues invoices for currency brokerage, for a period of 1 calendar month. Invoices are available from the first day following the month to which they relate.
To see the VAT invoices issued, go to:
My Walutomat > Invoices and discounts
Upon request, the VAT invoice will be sent by post to the address currently entered in the profile.
Walutomat invoices show a summary of the foreign exchange brokerage commissions from all exchange orders of the month in the relevant currency and any bank withdrawal commissions.
Invoices are settled automatically when the exchange transaction is completed – the Walutomat commission is then deducted from the amount received.
Transactions with Walutomat should be settled in the same way as exchanges through a traditional exchange office.
